Terms and Agreement of Service

Rental of Limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:
Delta Limousine requires a major credit card to process on-line reservations.

Vehicle will not be reserved until this signed contract has been received by Delta Limousine and payment arrangements have been made. The contract can be faxed to 818-981-1254 or submitted online. Please keep a copy for your records.

All on-line reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please call our office at 888-71-DELTA or 818-995-6558.

From April 27th through June 9th there are 6 hours minimum during the evenings of Fridays and Saturdays.

Airport pickups: Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $ 10.00 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at the gate, if not then at the baggage claim area. To avoid a no-show fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. The numbers are: 888-71-DELTA or 818-995-6558, fax - 818-981-1254 . A $10 surcharge will be applied to any trip before 5 am of after 12 am and certain holidays.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

Client and renter is responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipments of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to : gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, vcr, radio, cd player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least ($100.00) one hundred dollars. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Delta Limousine Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

Delta Limousine shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.

In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. The balance is due at the time of the service.

I aknowledge that I need to pay for the services ordered above, and I understand that a minimum deposit of $150.00 (or the total amount if less) will be charged to my credit card, and that deposits are nonrefundable. The remainder of the balance will be charged upon completion of the service. Reservations made by check will be confirmed only after payment is received.

The order will be revised by office personnel. In the event that incorrect amounts are entered, the correct sum will be processed and the customer notified.

Delta Limousine Service is not responsible for incorrect information entered in this form, which may cause delay or inability to provide the service. In that event, any fees charged will not be refunded.
